ORDERING GUIDELINES

  • You may place your order online, by post (click here to download the order form), or by email (click here to send us an email).

  • With any method of ordering please include your full address, including building and flat numbers, postcode and telephone number, to minimise delays in delivery.

  • Despatch is normally within 2 working days of payment clearance. Delivery times can vary according to your location, order size and order type. The whole process usually takes 5-7 days. You will be notified if delay occurs, e.g. because of busy periods or if the ordered goods are out-of-stock.

  • All delivered goods must be checked within 24hrs of receipt. Please report any mistakes promptly. Claims cannot be made later than one week after receipt of delivery.

  • We don't impose a minimum quantity for ordering, although you might benefit from the P&P charge when buying more (please see P&P charge below).

PAYMENT METHODS

All orders must be paid prior to delivery. There are several payment options when purchasing from homespaworks.com:

  • Cheque (issued by UK banks only), made payable to Julia Presly.

  • Major Debit or Credit Cards, through secure payment PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to be able to make payment. Just choose the payment option applicable to you.

PRICING & VAT

All prices quoted are in £UK and excluding P&P charge. We don't collect 17.5% VAT during promotion period until further notice.


POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGE

Our standard delivery charges are:

  • £3.50 for order up to £20.00
  • £2.50 for order more than £20.00
  • FREE for order more than £50.00

RETURN POLICY

  • We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of delivery for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding postage charges), if returned intact in its original packaging (with unbroken tamper-proof label) for hygiene reasons. Partially packaged products will not be credited.

  • Returns authorised beyond the one week period (up to two weeks only) will incur a 25% restocking fee.

  • Unfortunately, all personalised items cannot be returned unless the goods are faulty.

  • If we make an error in your order, we will gladly pay for reshipment.

  • All products must be returned in the original packaging and please always quote the invoice number in any type of correspondence to fast-track the process.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement will incur a 25% restocking fee. This is due to the freshly-made-to-order system we operate. You can always return the products if you change your mind after you receive them.

WHOLESALE

The products purchased online from homespaworks.com are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products. If you wish to become a stockist, we kindly request that you do so in writing by post or click here to send us an email.


DISCLAIMER

All products in the Timeless Recipes and Indonesian Recipes range are handmade, and therefore please expect a slight variation in shape, colour, weight and/or packaging. This will not affect the performance of each product.

All use of plant essences, herbs and other natural substances in our handmade products are based on aromatherapy, herbalism, folklore and historical use. Claims made concerning the products are the result and collection of customer feedback and testimonials, and by no means intended to replace any medical advice. Always consult your GP and follow his/her advice in regards to treatment of a skin condition. Self diagnosis is not advised.

Please always read all the listed ingredients before buying, and if you are prone to skin allergies, we suggest that you do a patch test before using a product. Discontinue use of these products if there is any adverse reaction. If you have any medical concerns about using our products, some of which contain essential oils that shouldn't be used when pregnant, lactating, or with certain medical conditions, please consult your medical practitioner. Essential oils should not be used under the age of 6 and we do not recommend using soap or bath products on children under the age of 3.
