- Reservation should be made two weeks in advance by phoning: 0700 5801191, or by sending an email to: info@homespaworks.com
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the date, after we confirm the appointment, package chosen and guest list. At the moment we only accept payment by cash or cheque. Payment in full is due 3 days prior to the event, and no changes to the package chosen can be made after this point. A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to your order for Spa Sampler package.
- We require 48 hours notice to cancel a reservation to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your event, you will only receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for less than 24 hours notice or for any 'no-show' case.
- Party schedule is currently available for a hostess with female guests only, located in the city of Edinburgh, Tuesday-Saturday, from 10am-8pm.
- Guests must be 18 years or older, unless supervised by a parent.
- The consultant and/or therapist(s) will arrive at your party between 1hour - 30min before the start of a party to set up the Home Spa. We will provide home spa products, music, candles, oil burners, and linen or a massage chair (where applicable).
- The party hostess should always encourage her guests to wear comfortable clothing. Should any of your guests desire to be clothed during a full body massage, a tank top and loose trousers or a bathing suit will be suitable.
- CONTRAINDICATION: There are some medical conditions that are not compatible with certain spa treatments - serious cardiac conditions and blood clots; skin disease, wounds, or tumors; cancer and tuberculosis; fever; and fractures or dislocations. Please consult with your physician regarding any medical concerns and let your party consultant know prior to the event. The consultant, therapist(s) and all HomeSpaWorks staff and colleagues cannot be held responsible or liable to any person or entity, for any form of loss or damage, resulting from not getting information about the guests' medical conditions from the hostess prior to the event.
- The consultant and/or therapist(s) have the right to refuse or terminate treatment if any of the following conditions are encountered during the event: medical conditions which prohibit any treatments, broken skin or lesions, inappropriate behaviour and/or intoxication. Any pregnant guests should be sure to inform their therapist prior to treatment. In the case of refusal or termination, no refund will be given.
- HomeSpaWorks is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods to any property or clients.
