:: Carrot Mask
(normal to oily skin)
Ingredients:
- 2-3 large carrots
- 4 1/2 tablespoons honey
Methods:
Cook carrots, then mash. Mix with honey. Apply gently to the skin, wait 10 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
:: Avocado & Coconut Mask
(dry skin)
Ingredients:
- 1 medium size avocado (mashed)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Methods:
Add coconut oil to the mashed avocado and stir until it makes a creamy paste. Apply the paste directly to the skin and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
:: Farmer's Kitchen Mask
(all types of skin)
Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites (chilled)
- a pinch of corn flour
Methods:
Whip the egg whites until they form peaks. Slowly add the corn flour. Apply the mixture immediately to your face, leaving it on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
