St.Clair's Cottage is run by Palitana Charitable Trust, who offers the use of the cottage's rooms to holistic healers, homeopaths and complementary therapists to practise.

Thanks to its rent-free environment, starting from June 2007, HomeSpaWorks will be able to offer Asian Spa Experience at St.Clair's Cottage, at concession rates (for students, OAPs, unemployed people and single parents).
