“Indian Head & Face Massage”

 

This treatment has become very popular recently, especially in the city, as the majority of us now spend our working day at a desk on a computer. We mostly only use our upper body and head, which could lead to repetitive strain, poor posture, headaches, eyestrain and back pain.

Indian Head Massage, which is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system, works on the areas where tensions are accumulated, bringing about a release of tension and promoting immense relaxation.

This is a seated massage, with or without oils, where the client remains fully clothed.

A minimum of 11/2 hour treatment is required for home visits (outside the above hours), plus £5 travel expenses. Appointment time can be shared with a friend, family member and/or partner and treatments will be priced individually.
