Booking Terms & Conditions
- A 50% booking fee (of the total event fee) is taken at time the booking is placed.
- The remainder of the booking fee is payable in full at the start of the evening.
- All treatments will be carried out after a consultation has been carried out, the guest
is responsible for advising her therapist of any medical conditions at this time.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 14 days prior to the event to ensure a full refund of the booking fee, any bookings cancelled out with this period will unfortunately result in no refund payable.
- Any individual or group cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will result in the remainder of the party fee being levied.
- In the unlikely event that The Home Spa Angel is required to cancel your booking, a full refund & alternative date will be offered.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
